Dr. Gerardo Cedrola
Partner
He has served as Advisor, HR Manager, and Director at the Uruguayan Banking Association, Banco Francés Uruguay, and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Uruguay, respectively.
He has been a member of BBVA's International HR and Labor Relations Committee. He has also been a member of BBVA Uruguay's Anti-Money Laundering Committee and a member of BBVA Uruguay's Management Committee.
He teaches at ORT University Uruguay, offering management courses and training in Labor Relations, Collective Bargaining, and Collective Labor Law.

Dr. Rodolfo Perdomo
Partner
He holds a PhD in Law and Social Sciences from the University of the Republic, and is an Assistant Professor and candidate for Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of the Republic.
He has advised numerous state agencies on a variety of matters.
He specializes in strategic and highly complex litigation, as well as strategic corporate planning. He is the author of numerous articles, presentations, and lectures on topics within his area of expertise.
